RSS web feeds are the future of web content
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a way for web users to have content from websites automatically sent to their computer whenever it is updated. RSS feeds (sometimes called 'web feeds') are often used to receive news updates or blog entries.
How it works: visitors download a free program called an RSS reader. There are many types of RSS readers, they are readily available, and many, many web surfers are already using them.
Any visitor to your website then simply needs to click on the ‘XML’ link on your ‘Listings’ page (this is a universally recognizable RSS link). A page will pop up, and the visitor can then copy and paste the web address from that page into their RSS reader.
All of your listings will then appear in their RSS reader, and will be updated each time you update the listings on your website!
Using RSS, home buyers will be notified each time a listing is added to BHR site. New listings will automatically appear in their RSS reader (whichever one they use) and buyers will be exposed to our listings without even visiting your website!

For anyone who has explored Google™ Earth, its capabilities are obvious. Now not only can buyers view listings, and hear about the neighborhoods that certain houses are in – they can see for themselves! The Google™ Earth interface allows users to see satellite imagery of the neighborhood they are considering, but it also allows them to overlay the nearby schools, parks, stores, coffee shops . . .
